Let That Be
a little bit, too
________________
Let That Be,
a little bit,
too.
With what seems like a little bit of curiosity,
we might ask about the intersection of Love
and minding our own damn business.
There has to be some overlap.
Perhaps we need a graph.
And if we’re raising the vibration of Love,
it may seem to go quicker if we’re not
complaining about them sorry ass
bastards that seem to be
nearly surrounding us.
One way of complaining less often
seems to live in the mystery of
not knowing and having it
be okay. What if
you are safe?
What if you need less healing than you
are encouraged to believe? What if
your own stories improve you?
What if you sing Let It Be,
with me?
I may not know much about whispering
or words of wisdom.
I can let that be,
a little bit,
too.

Poem
…
What pops to mind as I write this is the Gertrude Stein quotation:
'It takes a lot of time to be a genius. You have to sit around so much, doing nothing, really doing nothing.'
…
It’s more than we usually allow. It takes a little effort and attention.
This poem piece took about 52 minutes as of this writing. What’s next?

Let it be. Let it be. I know the song. Here's from Wallace Stevens:
Let be be finale of seem.
The only emperor is the emperor of ice-cream.
