Given the number of healers offering their wares, across all modalities, one might think there is a great need for healing. An examination of what healing means - to you - might be a good start.
Suzuki said, and I favor this more and more, “You are perfect as you are and you could use a little work.” I do adore the paradox. Two things true. Lovely.
Working on the Aquaria, art fish, models, seemed to be a way to introduce a friend, a fish, someone to talk and listen to. Also it may be a fun way to flex our imaginations.
Telepathic therapy with an imaginary friend. We may well do some of this anyway. This is me putting lipstick on the fish.
Artistically, I need to begin drawing heart-shaped bubbles and make them more predominant. Bubble Talk is healing-feeling communication that is nearly language free.
The words divide the meanings into nearly useless bits. This sample pops to mind. Pop. Pop.
Christian. Catholic. Orthodox. Eastern Orthodox. Ethiopian. Protestant. Lutheran. Methodist. Evangelical. Baptist. Write ins __________. Use other side if necessary.
Of all the Bibles in English print today, how many do you agree or disagree with? Are they all the divine word of god but some of them not quite so much. Maybe?
Hindu. Thirty thousand gods and then there is you. Also god. Advaita, we may see it as Non-Duality. Although I had a hard time joining a group named Not Them.
Buddhist. Hinayana. Mahayana. Middle Way. Tibetan.
Confucian. Taoist. Chan. Zen. Rinzai or Soto? Or Western?
Although Sufism seems to speak to me, I have nothing else to offer on Islam. I have not looked into it.
Emerson said “When I speak, I define, I confine, and am less.”
It seems that the defining might be where the trouble lurks. Bubble Talk invites you to speak less. Maybe listen more. Even, and perhaps foremost, to yourself.
The idea of The Tank occurred as I have been riffing on the fish. The Tank is universal. It represents all tanks and stores emotions. And yes, there are areas you might not want to go after dark.
The fish tank is filtered and cleaned. There is sustenance available. The emotions of yours and others are stored and available for loan.
If you are not feeling your best then listen to the fishes. When you are feeling better let that be your offering to The Tank.
Acceptance and encouragement. Healing.

Finally, regarding the art: there are experiments I need to do. What’s first, second, third, over, under, etc. Graphite, ink, watercolor, oil pastel, chalk pastel, acrylic, tempera. I keep buying stuff and not really using it. What?
And I have a couple boxes of frames gifted to me and cannot seem to use.
The next thought was to do the art experiments, pop them into the frames I do not want, and drive them to Goodwill.
How much documentation will be enough? Do I need to make notes or will my extremities remember?

My Dear Lima, a reverberating poem … /// …
I’ve soaked my lima beans for five days in the refrigerator. Are they still fit to cook and eat?
“No, soaking lima beans for five days is far too long. Even under ideal cold conditions, soaking for this duration causes severe risk of fermentation, mold,
and harmful bacterial growth. You should discard the beans immediately rather than attempt to cook or eat them.”
To feel the ringing of the bell after you have asked the question. Become one with the wave, assimilate, and surf the reverberation.
That may be the magic carpet ride. And that’s all we’re looking for in a poem anyway. A little puff of breeze under our wings. Maybe some salt spray.
